Resolved

The earlier issue impacting LCD and Infotainment content has been resolved. We are continuing to work with our partners at Enplug/Spectrio to understand the root cause, but no new issues have occurred and all instances were successfully mitigated by a media player reboot.

Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue that may cause incorrect content to appear on in-bus infotainment systems and digital screens (LCD signs).

The issue has been traced to Enplug/Spectrio servers, and we are actively working with our partners to restore correct content as quickly as possible.

If you have a screen displaying incorrect content, rebooting the media player should resolve the issue. If you need assistance, please contact our support team at support-na@gmv.com and we will help mitigate the issue for the affected screen(s).
